  • Mr. Lang came to visit.

Ordered a Lang a few weeks ago and today it arrived. Mine is the little tiny one on the back of the trailer. Got it around back and fired it up to season. Hopefully get to cook something this weekend.

I vote for Jim to host the Smoked-Meat East Coast party! All the cool cooking gear, awesome pool and patio areas, and I think I remember seeing a keg back there

I will bring the best corn and tomatoes in the USA, and fill that keg

                    An Awesome ootdoor venue Jim!

Hold off on the corn and tomatoes Scott, just bring meat and wood!

Thanks for the comments guys, looking forward to learning the curves on this cooker. I know she's going to burn some major wood, already found that out when I seasoned it yesterday.
