Any tips out there? I live 4 blocks from the city tree dump. I can get free wood if I can identify it. It's geen a lot of years since I tried to identify any. These don't have leaves either.

Heres a tip for ya if its got a sticky sap seeping out of the cuts it's prob. pine or evergreen. A slick bark most of the time will be an evergreen but not always. Get some and take pictures and post we can figure it out.sigpic
