  • Leftover corned beef

I had a small chunk of the corned beef I’d smoked for the hash left over, so I sliced it as thin as I could in my slicer

Took longer to clean the dang slicer than to slice the meat. Anyway, I toasted up and buttered an English muffin then piled on the CB.

Next came some fresh shredded fontina cheese

Then into the air fryer on roast for 4 minutes

    Lunch time!!

Thanks guys. Yeah, G-man with the rate the kids go through plates around here if we didn't use the paper ones for stuff like this we'd be doing dishes twice or three times a day

Nice! Oddly enough..I enjoy the canned CBH. Broadcast brand is my fave. I have tried to replicate it several times and failed. I’d guess I’d not consider that a “true” hash- but dang it looks good. I’d wanna try a Benedict with that.

Yeah I still live the semi-bachelor/college student lifestyle. I have6 "GOOD" plates for company, and only 2 day to day plates so I use paper plates a lot.

Interesting. I guess Broadcast is only a hash and so not mentioned. No idea where they source the CB from. I’ll have to search out the top couple picks for evaluation.
