    I like to grind a lb of sirloin. Any ground meat will do of course. brown well and drain.

    16 oz of velveeta cheese. cubed 1/2 inch squares

    1 can rotel comes mild, medium or hot. add more hotter peppers if you like.

    When meat is bronwed, drain..
    put back in skillet, add cheese cubes melt well (low heat)
    Then add can of rotel ( goathead open can and discard ) stir gently and well.

    You can use a crock pot on low when meat is brown add ,,then add other ingr.

    Any chip your heart wants to dig in with. double dipping is okay

    I like to get fresh corn tortillas cut into triangles fry till crisp in a CI skillet with lard or bacon fat. any oil you like will work.

    drain on newspaper sprinkle with lawerys seasoned salt and kick back with a non gay cervasa and enjoy Or a mason jar with some good bourbon.
