Have you guys ever heard of apple butter? Seems like this is the liquid version of that...we have a lot of orachards around here doing fresh apple cider (the kind that seperates) right now. I see maybe next sunday doing a small batch! I currently use apple butter to make a bbq sauce, I'm think that would be cheaper than using this syrup. But for a nice drizzle on pork loin or chops..ooh!!
