Stubb's Chicken Wing Sauce
Looking at the sauce in the bottle at Meijer and all the spices floating in it enticed me enough to give it a try tonight. Fried up a couple wings and this was the result. Nothing fancy, just on a paper plate with a Bell's Two Hearted Ale to wash them down. Nice cling out of the bottle with no additional thickening. Flavor was great, the habanero and peppercorn really stood out in the sauce, but wasn't lingering enough to make it a miserable burn for time on end. If it weren't too late and cold out, I'd have probably tried to grill them and use this to baste them with. Good stuff!
