These are on our list of things to do today.. A couple of questions, I see recipes calling for sauteing the insides first, I want to be sure that you didn't cook yours first, you cooked when frying.. also you have listed 2 eggs for the egg wash to close, but there is an egg in your stuffing mixture, and I see ginger in the background.... but not on the contents list.. and did you fry them in a wok?? thanks for the help! I just don't w
        ant to mess these up!!

          filling is uncooked,

I may have sprinkled a little ground ginger in there as well. Some of the other stuff like the vinegar was just on the counter for some reason. lol

2 eggs for the filling, 1 - 2 eggs for the wash for sealing.

Deep fried in the wok with enough canola oil so they barely float.

good luck, and sorry for the omissions, I sometimes have ADD.

              I did not,

we used a thai sweet chili sauce(kind of sweet and sour with a little pepper kick). Ive seen a version @ Super Walmart that isnt bad.

leftover carryout Chinese sweet and sour(duck sauce) packets or hot mustard packets have also been used.
