  • Finally my first one...

My first Fatty..... the pics are not very good.... it had a nice smoke ring on it... and Tasted Great!!

thanks to capt Dan for the tutorial! it helped a lot.

the Fatty has roasted garlic mashed potatoes and homemade sour kraut.... I tried a few sausages and didn't like the flavor so I ended up buying ground pork and adding spices to get a nice polish blend and let it set for a couple days then made the fatty... this came out great..... Even made some homemade potatoes and sautéed onion pierogi.... everything was GREAT!!

Thanks for taking a look.... sorry pics and computers are not my strong points

Nice work S-A..... Not much better (if anything) than a fresh warm Fatty off the smoker. I like the Garlic Mashed Potatoes idea (Not so much the sauerkraut though ) ....

well done on the first fatty trip. i bet you'll be going down that road often now. mixing up your own pork for the fatty is a real winner to.
