Happy almost St Patrick's day!

We are having our annual Shenanigans party tonight. We realized (realised) (Alex) we hadn't made fatties in forever so off we go.
We have an Irish flag fattie, with Chipotle cream cheese, roasted green chilies cream cheese and pepper jack cheese. The second star is a traditional Irish bread pudding, with a whiskey cream sauce.
Here's the beginning I will post up finished photos when they are done. They are in the BDS, smoking with cherry. Sláinte [emoji482]
