  • Help with planning my meal

i KNOW i am going to get the red ass for asking this, but i need it all to come out together for the pic i need to send in.

about how long does a fatty take to reach 165 ( which i believe is the finish temp). with smoking temps @ 250. I am assuming a couple hours.

    TIA

Why worry about everything coming out at the same time? I cant tell if the dish is hot or cold unless you see steam or ice..

depends on the size of the fatty. I tend to stick to standard 1lb sausage meat fatties and they're usually done in around 2 hours :-)
