  • Big Fatty

    Made a big fatty yesterday consisting of 2 1/2 lbs of ground beef spiced with my pork rub stuffed with fried bacon, little smokies I found at the local groc store ,cheese and fried onions..

    Sorry pics are so dark, don't know why.

    Oh yes threw a few yardbird breasts wrapped in bacon on and made some mac & cheese to go with it.

                looks excellent :-)

                As for the pictures - maybe force the camera to use it's flash.
                Looks like it was trying to use ambient light and couldn't cope. I generally use flash for indoor shots - just gives you a conssitent pic and the camera knows how to cope with the light from it's flash for consistent exposure :-)
