            finished fattie w/(bubba view)

okay sorry for how long it took after i rolled it and all i had to get the kids from school and go see the lawyer and such. but here it is i debated about using the noodles and alfredo sauce in the fattie cause i didnt know how the noodles would turn out so i just served on the side(maybe next time)

done and resting while the cheese settles

okay here it is sliced up i know the picture is fuzzy but.

and the 56 dollar smoker i went to kansas to get

tasted really good, ill be sure to work on camera skills before contest pics.

Looks good to me. And nice smoker you picked up, looks to be in good shape.

By the way, I have done noodles inside a fattie and it came out good. I pre-cooked some lasagna noodles and put them inside italian sausage along with mozzerella & ricotta cheese and pasta sauce for a stuffed lasagna fattie. Next time give it a shot.

sounds like a great fatty and if I squint, looks good too
as for the camera - you need to back off a bit - 3 or 4 feet should do it. take the pics from furher away as it doesn't look like the camera has a macro (close up) setting.
so best bet is to take the pic from further away and then crop it down on the computer. that way your pics ought to be much sharper :-)
