  • Easter Fattie

So I got a reprieve from the in-laws annual Easter gig so I could watch the Masters and decided to smoke a fattie. I haven't posted much lately, so I thought I would share my two-tone fattie.

Bratwurst on the left and hot breakfast sausage on the right, melded together. Slathered with bbq sauce and a little grape jelly. Rolled up with mozzarella. Top dressed with fresh jalapeno, red onion, and spicy rub. Smoked with a pure pecan wood fire.

    Thanks for lookin!

Well...............It does look very good. But grape jelly? This stuffed fatty fad is the weirdest thing since pet rocks.
