Just unpacked it and seems like it s good size for bacon,sausages,chili etc

Got it outside and it wont turn on.Guess im returning it tomorrow.Very disappointed, thought i had a bargin which would do me while staying away from home asits very light and portable.

google it there are some easy fixes for those. I, looking at one of the 40 inch versions. The early ones had power connection problems where the power cord comes into the unit. I think you have to drill out the rivets on the back panel to fix it. I would exchange it for another unit and test it right away.

Bought it in a auction so best i return it and get my money back.Wish i could exchange it.

Ya might try calling masterbuilt and let them troubleshoot it. Was it new? If so they should go by serial number or date code.

Yeah it was new in the box but got from a liquidation auction.I sent masterbuilt an email (its a US number so would be an expensive call for me).I have 2 weeks to return it so probably not enough time to fix the problem.

Yeah it was a lemon.Masterbuilt couldnt help me and seems it was a faulty controller panel.Returned it and got my money back thankfully.
