Any idea what that cut of meat is like or what it compares to? A local store has them for $1.99 lb which is cheaper than chucks and most ground beef. I want to so some beef smokin' and thought I might give one or two of these a try if they're a cut worth smokin'. I'd also like to grind some up for burger and if there isn't enough fat on them, I'd toss some bacon in too.

I think it is a "prefered' part of the chuck roast. I've used them and they smoke real well(fatty) and make great burger. At a buck99 I'd be snaching some up.sigpic
