  • First garden jalapeños

The jalapeño harvest has begun. Good time for some basic poppers done in the pooper for an hour or two at 175 to 200.
cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hunky hot wang and ranch dressing seasoning, then after stuffing a sprinkling of hot wang and crushed corn flakes for a topping.

          That's a mess of peppers...Great first harvest

I think I could eat those but I would miss the bacon...
Maybe some crisp crumbled bacon mixed with the corn flakes

That’s a great way to do poppers!

Please don’t forget to do and can some pickled japs. They are so good.

I agree. Bacon makes everything better. I do the bacon gig too.

I always pickle some Jars and I also freeze a bunch of poppers just like these...matter of fact I still have few from last year....do you have a good pickled jap recipe. Last year I just did a few jars of refridgerator japs with no waterbath. they are good and stay crispy
