OK We all know what the tenderloin looks like on the grill so no pics of that...
If ya wanna see that check out some of Becky's posts...Nobody grills up pork like she does...
So here are the porkers off the grill resting for a bit...

Anyway the sauce was really the star of the show...
Blood oranges have such a short season that I may not get a chance to try this again till next year...
Some oranges...

Depending on your perspective, these are either beautiful or just plain ugly

Thank God for the electric juicer...Did the whole bag...

Strained out all the pulp and added a couple dried Aji peppers...Two cups total...The rest got drank right away...

Thought I had some pics of the juice in the pan but...
So I reduced the liquid by about 2/3 and removed from the heat...Removed the peppers...Then I whisked in 8 T. of unsalted butter a little at a time...
My plate...Served up with some parsley roasted potatoes, warm bread, and a salad...

And Mrs Freak's plate...Mamma liked a bit more sauce on hers...

Anyway...When I get to try this again I will try to reduce the juice a bit more and surely double up on the peppers...The sweet and the spicy were awesome together but could have handled a bit more heat...
Thanks for lookin....
