Getting ready to install a forced air outdoor wood burner that will be piped into the basement and had to get the canned goods out. Figured I may as well dust em off and show ya all what I canned this year.
The back row is all Tomato sauce and stewed maters & a couple mater soups. 32 jars.
(Used approx 8 quarts of sauce so far.)
6 Sauce for Chile Verde
6 Chipotle Salsa (used 10 so far)
14 reg. salsa. (Used 10 so far)
4 Catsup
10 Jalapeno relish
8 Beets
3 pickled green beans (Ate 7 so far)
6 Red pepper jelly
5 Kraut
9 Green beans. (used 7 so far)
12 pickles. (Ate 12 so far)
4 Apple Molasses that I just canned an hour ago. Making more next week.
Froze.

4Q Brussels
