On 7-24 Fishawn started a thread about hot wings and bring the HEAT. I mentioned my Tiger Sauced wings recipe and adding DA BOMB "Final Answer" to the sauce. Well... I was thinking tonight... What would go good with Jack & Coke?
Then I remembered that thread and off to the store I went to pick up some party wings from the poultry section of the meat case.
The recipe I used was my old favorite
http://www.smokingpit.com/recipes/Ti...arty-Wings.htm
What I did different was added 5 drops of DA BOMB "Final Answer" to a jar of Tiger Sauce. If you try this don't get carried away. DA BOMB is 1.5 million Scoville units on the heat index compared to Tabasco at 20,000 (if I remember correctly). Think I'm fooling put one drop on your tongue and see for yourself. Most folks wouldn't like the outcome. I say this because I wouldn't want folks to get torched. Better to add a couple drops and try it.
The wings are smoking away at 225 and I will be mopping them with this sauce in about 15 minutes. Here is what they look like so far. I tasted the sauce and it's smoking hot.
The Heat
1 Hour on Smoke .5 hours in @ 225
1st coat of Hot Tiger Sauce
Plated up! They were Hot Wings! Keyword there is "were"...
