I'm sure I had a picture of the kids doing it too, but I'll be darned if I can find it now.

So I'll have to substitute this one.

To the tune of approx 3 - 3 1/2 gallons. My recipe is :

      - 1/2 gal cactus juice (1.75 Ltr bottle)
      - 7/8 bottle triple sec
      - 4 cans 12 oz limeades (or 5 10oz cans)
      - 4 beers (yup ....... beers)
      - 18 -20 lbs ice
      - very long handled spoon to unclog disposal when too much ice is poured in.

Mix all but ice. Then slowly add ice until its the consistency you like.

Overall, I think I spent about $170 (not including the first cooler I split the bottom of while trying to get the disposal flange in)

        PVC-40

I just about have my machine done. Son is going to take the cart into work Monday for power coat.

I ended up putting the return to the cooler outside because there was just not enough room with the 3/4 hp disposal and a return in the bottom. I couldn't find a 2' piece of 1 1/4 clear pipe so I ordered 10' so I will have 3 2' sections left if anyone can't find a short piece. Cost would be $6.00 A foot plus the shipping.

I varied from the plans and went with 1 1/4" pipe all the way.

I ended up using In-Sink-Erator PRO ES 3/4 HP for $149.00 and it has a stainless grinding chamber as well as the blades. Damn thing was so quiet the first time I turned it on I thought there was a problem.

Here is some pictures of my cart finished.
