    Found a good deal on chuck roast other day chose today to grind it all up for some fresh ground beef $2.77 a pound next week it was a dollar 80 LOL it only took me 20 minutes to do a double grind on the meat. a total of an hour and 20 minutes to clean all equipment and vacuum seal I love this new grinder

      Very nice! You get to control what is in your burger. I made 17 pounds of bacon burger about a week and a half ago. I ground up some angus and added a couple packages of bacon ends. Outstanding end product!

        I've been grinding my own for some time now, you can't beat it. And like AJ, I threw some bacon in there too.
        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                  Great job! Been grinding me own for years. Start out with a 25-ish pound chuck roll, and end up with a nice sized chuck roast and a load of ground beef. And yup, bacon is a good additive!
